Short-film : quagma
Passionate about dance, and constantly thinking about his relationship with music, Loan feeds images and movements, gestures and silence, to compose a musical universe in line with her artistic imagination.
She calls for the new video project the famous hip hop dance company RAF Crew and dancer / choreographer Kaori Ito in this new artistic exploration. The result of this meeting "quagma" a short film in 3 episodes directed by poqpoq prod. (Loan / Jeremy Frey).
Synopsis : A dark and disturbing mind seems to take possession of some dancers ... A brutal energy confronts expression and freedom of the body.... what is this force?
12 minutes immersed in distinct and captivating atmospheres, Tinted an urban and wild atmosphere where jerky gestures of the body is reflected in the electric sounds of Loan’s productions.
Each episode refers to hip hop dance styles and different universes : first episode is a meeting between abstrakt side of this discipline and contemporary dance ; the 2nd episode mainly addresses the Krump, and the 3rd dance hip hop in all its variants (break, krump, abstrakt, poppin...)
Thus, each of these dancers brings his own experience, style and expertise that create synergy in this creation "quagma". they crossbreed, structure, deconstruct, explore, share and interpret their dance with a quality of movement, musicality and stunning aesthetics.

Formed in 2007, the dance company R.A.F. Crew consists of : 6- franc ( Francis Quessary ) Monsta Madness ( Grishka Caruge ) Mar20 ( Marvin Gofin ) , Ace 974 ( Nicolas Medea) and Romss ( Romuald Brizolier ) .
With personalities and different backgrounds , it is a passion for dance and hip hop culture that brought them together around common values . They are needed in the middle of the hip hop dance and develop their styles through various services ( Blue Tape Show, battles ... ) .
In 2009, R.A.F. Crew won the first edition of the " International Hip Hop Championship " in Paris. Victory opens the doors of the "World Hip Hop Dance Championship 2009 " in Las Vegas where they are world champions .
The name of the company refers to the popular phrase " Rien à Foutre ! , "Or" Roots and Feeling ! " But reveals deeper daring group and the desire to break with the codes by freeing the judgment of others . The key word is openness .
All come from different backgrounds and represent France in all its diversity and miscegenation. Aged 25-35 years , their artistic journeys are as impressive as rich and varied. They combine their different styles for explosive union : new school , krump , break , popping , contemporary, African dance ...
It is this spirit which gives the R.A.F. Crew operation and exceptional creativity . Kaori Ito (kaoriito.com)
Kaori Ito began his career as a dancer and choreographer in Japan, where it is designated 18 as best choreographer and performer by Ryouichi Enomoto. In 2002, her choreography at the " Yokohama Dance Collection " earned him receive the award from the Foundation of the City of Yokohama.
Still, she feels the need to tap into his career and his varied experiences as an interpreter , to create his own choreographic works . Part study dance in the USA ( Graham, Cunningham, Limon and Horton ) , so she choreography under the " Joyce Soho Presents " (New York); In 2004 , Kaori receives the National Conference Award at the International Choreographic Encounters of Seine -Saint- Denis.
It makes setting body scene of several films ( " Without Me " Olivier Panchot ) , assists renowned choreographers in this task ( she attends Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui for the film Diasthème : " The sound of people around ").
Kaori then deepens its own during its creation entitled "Solos" and made in Japan choreographic language, the National Theater of Marseille and theater Whiting (France). She questioned the identity of four women; staging is pure, Kaori is only interpreter, and it is perhaps above all his own identity as a choreographer and performer women she questioned it, moving the viewer through this stage of the intimate.
